Mark Shipulya didn’t make it to the hospital in Munich. On May 15, Mark’s parents took him to the Neurosurgery Institute in Kiev. On May 18, he had a surgery done there (the doctors inserted a drainage into his brain). Then the doctors found out that he had a purulent pneumonia. Mark was in a critical condition. He was unconscious for a few days. But on May 28, Mark was discharged from the intensive care unit to a regular ward. Now his parents are looking for a hospital that would agree to take Mark.

He cannot stay at the Neurosurgery Institute in Kiev any more because there are a lot of other children waiting to get to that hospital for the surgery. Mark has already had the surgery done. Now he needs a supportive therapy. Fundraising campaign for Mark has been moving very slowly. He has got only a few donations. His parents asked a number of Ukrainian charitable foundations for help but were referred instead to the administration of the town they live in. If you can, please help Mark with media support. Mark and his parents need not only financial but also prayer and emotional support. You can send them an email at markship@i.ua or chat with them in ICQ 495835639.
